The mental rest created by meditation provides a feeling of gratitude for oneself and for others. That feeling of kindfulness (kindness and mindfulness) along with selfcare, creates a sense of purpose and strength. Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. The Gratitude Circle is for learning to give and to receive.
